30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Calmypaws orders. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be in its original condition (clean, undamaged, and with all original packaging where possible)
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

1. Email us at support@calmypaws.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Our support team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your Calmypaws arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@calmypaws.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items returned without prior authorization from our support team
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted
3. Contact your bank — processing time may apply
4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@calmypaws.com
