SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Calmypaws! We want to make sure your order reaches you and your dog as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for full details.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 7-14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders. No minimum purchase required. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden shipping fees at checkout.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order's progress at any time using the link in your shipping confirmation.
If you haven't received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@calmypaws.com.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@calmypaws.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In the rare case that a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@calmypaws.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
